About Chad Turnbull

Chad loves to help people. He's a strategic thinker and a winsome encourager, and he brings those qualities forward with every client. "In everything I've done in my life, from real estate to ministry and non-profit work, the thing that has consistently brought me the most joy is helping someone accomplish something important to them." Growing up in Lexington, Kentucky, Chad's mom was a realtor, so he saw the business up close from an early age. He got his own start in real estate working for developers, selling high-end vacation homes. He went on to become a Director of Sales and then a VP of Sales and Marketing for those resort communities. Those experiences taught him the professionalism and service needed to be an effective real estate advisor. Before joining the Engel & Volkers team, Chad was an Executive Director at Northland Church. He has also been Co-President of Storyville Coffee Co, in Seattle, Washington, in addition to co-founding 3 companies that are still thriving today. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky. He and his wife, Mandy Rainwater Turnbull, have three children: Madeline, Charley, and Annabelle. They live on a "mini" farm raising a variety of goats, pigs, chickens and ducks.
